The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

This property was nice and clean. The rooms were spacious and has a kitchen as well. Very well maintained and quiet area! Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Wilmington location.

The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly on site. Staff not accessible on the phone. I got there at night and did not know where to park so I parked on street and called to get info on where to park. I was put on hold and hung up on so I had to go in to get this info. Other than that the experience was nice and I would stay there again.

Large rooms with all kitchen amenities. Very comfortable beds. Quiet floor and rooms. Convenient walking access to restaurants. Would have liked a covered parking garage, but no issues with our parking

The staff is really wonderful. Maria at the front desk with a kind word in the morning. Julio brought a luggage rack to my room when I couldn't find one. The housekeeping staff was lovely when I needed to replace some towels. Wonderful place to stay.

The place was decent for my short stay. The price is reasonable. Don’t buy the parking on the app the system was a pain getting credited for it at the hotel. Just pay for it directly when you get there at the lot itself. And parking is down the corner, on the same block as the hotel next to a dry cleaners. It was a pain finding it, as the staff person didn’t quite know where it was, when it simply was just down the same block.

The windows in my room were dirty on the outside and need to be cleaned. The breakfast was average. Better variety and higher quality would be appreciated.

I was placed in a room next to a guest that had been staying there for a year with a dog. The dog barked all night long, I contacted the front desk over and over no answer. The pet floor is the second floor but this guest was on the 9th floor with his animal.

Something bit me at night. Not sure if preventative maintenance is done on extermination but it should be.
