Hotel Du Pont

Breakfast wasn’t good; poorly served in a very rich room. We were expecting a little more. Maybe a place to go for a drink and take pictures of the beautiful architecture.

Recognized Historical property was evident by the quality of the restoration and maintenance . Nothing to comment about negatively.

The hotel has a historic presence to it. The bathroom fell into the historic feel. The last update seemed to be from the 1980s. There was a pedestal sink with no shelf or flat surface to put items on. An oval mirror by the sink. There was a bathtub with a shower curtain. The showerhead was new, but the workmanship of the install was not the best. The price of admission did not reflect in the room. The window shades were poorly installed as well. There were two windows and one shade did not operate. The surrounding area had very little interest on the street. There wasn't much of street life.

It is a very special place thinking about all the history it has! There was some pennies on the floor which tells me the vacuuming needs to have a little help

The restaurant was beautiful and food very delicious. Our room was very comfortable. Bed too soft

Lobby and elevator floor was not clean. Very limited room service menu. Not like it used to be.

Would be helpful if they had later room service options.

Everything was amazing I will be returning!! Lovely, clean, nice staff, beautiful room! Also close to everything!

Historic significance, elegance, excellent restaurant, large bathtub No dislikes

The room they gave us had no view.

The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult.

The staff and room service food were excellent. The amenities (private car service, valet, room service) were excellent. The room itself was not what we expected for $800.

Wish there was a roof top dining experience looking over the valley.
