Bathroom cleaning acceptable. A little old but I think it was expensive for the price.

2. AC unit was excessively loud. 3. Appreciated the coffee in the lobby but couldn't find hot water for my evening tea. Thank you.

Comfortable hotel an easy walk from the centre of Wilmington.

Room not made up. No way to request housekeeping. Phone did not work and the manager said there was no one available to fix it. Had to go down to reception to make simple requests and given the line of people waiting, had to forego and just grin and bear it. No power outlet by desk for coffee maker. Carpets and floors in hallway on floor, in the lobby, staircase from the garage ( elevator from garage non functional) not cleaned. Trash strewn around the entrance to the property. Bathroom had trial paint swaths where wallpaper was removed. Bathroom lights would randomly turn off and on. Except for one receptionist who was cordial, others were aloof. In need of a major overhaul from top to bottom including staff. Cannot recommend staying there at this juncture.

Breakfast was good, if costly, because other Hilton properties have free breakfast. Also, having to pay for parking was disappointing.

Well, it is good place to close the downtown street just 1 block and about 4 or 5 blocks walking to Amtrak Station! It is okay with Wilmington see-sighting and an hour drive to capital (Dover) see-sighting was cooler!

Parking is terrible will never stay there again, and the service lady at the bar was real nasty

The room was unacceptable for it to be a Hilton hotel the room was dark and beat up housekeeping never came to turn over our room and give us clean towels and replenish our room and the guy at the desk was rude to my husband we had to carry our luggage up stairs because the elevator was broke that room was horrible and dark I’ve never stay in any of Hilton properties and had this experience I would never stay there again

Outstanding customer service

$11 per day to park. BATHROOM: mini toilet; so low it's difficult sitting and getting off, height hit me mid-shin & I'm 5'7". Dirty mirror, floor, filthy baseboards, towel shelves, trash can (is that a condom in the trash can?) No hot water 9 PM or 7:45 PM. Dangerously slippery shower. I had to do without. Dark. Can't apply makeup. Lights under sink go off & on. Nitelite broken. No drinking cups in bathroom. Elevator garage to lobby broken. Mgr. comped my breakfast as apology. BREAKFAST: cold, dry scrambled eggs, cold sausage, yogurt past freshness date, fruit was good. $15 for that?!!!!!! ROOM: No clock/alarm. dark, desk lamp doesn't work, curtain won't close, filthy window, hammering/pounding first few hours from up above? Lg gap bottom of door. Slamming doors up & down hallway all night, no soft close. Torn wall covering, floor had not been swept, desk chair so low writing surface of desk was even with my breasts. Upholstered chair too low to sit in. TV channels: very few & nothing of quality and so bad sound & picture don't sync. Streaming only if guest buys subscription to the streaming platform. Wifi for email only. If you use your device to stream a movie, they charge you extra, so no entertainment. Fridge-freezer part overgrown with frost/ice. No microwave. Ice machine broken. AC blows directly onto the bed & thermostat is off. $128 per night!!!!! Should be $10. I've been robbed!!!!

The Labor Day weekend staff the female that worked the afternoon shift when I checked in was completely rude and unhelpful. Service sucked didn’t receive any clean towels for the entire stay. The tv remote and tv itself was not working. No parking

Las sabanas estaban sucias, con manchas , la mesa quebrada, el baño no funcionaba muy bien, no hice ningún reporte en el hotel, porque no tenía tiempo de estar con quejas. Pero no volvería a rentar ahí .

Property is in the middle of Remodeling but 1st floor is nice the rest of HOTEL just Ok, Staff is Awesome. Parking is REASONABLE for the area. Restaurant food is Ok Bar needs some more liquor options but the Bartender she is AWESOME very helpful

The staff was not very helpful and only one person at the front desk, we had difficulty checking in, they were unable to find my reservation even with my confirmation number. There was no assistance with luggage, I had to get a cart on my own and wheel my luggage, the room was clean, there was no extra toilet paper in the bathroom.

I stay here all the time cause it is clean and close by all the hangout spots and close to my job

Hotel needs some TLC , but good location if you have business in Downtown Wilmington. Staff very helpful. Parking was ample although didn’t realize you had to pay , which wasn’t clear when booking.

Hotel is very clean was very disappointed with check in. Had my father in town he is handicap in wheel chair. Checked in early so would be no issue with front desk. For some reason room was not up to standard no ac toilet or water in room my father was taken too and had him wait in lobby over a hr. Front desk lead Keke did get the situation rectified which I did appreciate great for his 4 day stay. But was not happy with the morning staff after going over details and checking in early.
