Courtyard by Marriott Wilmington Downtown

Hotel is very convenient to downtown Wilmington. Fitness Room was clean, equipment is new, no excuse for not working out. Staff extremely cordial. Parking is $20/night in a city garage.

Wish they had free breakfast, but this place was updated and clean. Our toilet did not work when we first checked in but maintenance fixed it. It is downtown there are few restaurants in walking distance. I had to pay for parking which was annoying and the parking garage is not connected to the hotel. The Lobby hangout area is beautiful designed and was great to hang out in at night. We were there for a basketball tourney.

My only complaint what they cleaning staff did not remove the trash from previous occupants.

Air in the room was not working and the beds were uncomfortable. Left at 9pm the same night and was told a manager would call back. Never received a call and still got charged full price.

We had water leaking inside the bathroom. We reported the leak and they responded immediately.

Overpriced breakfast and parking. We stayed there for two nights, but our room was not made after the first night. The bathroom handle was broken and the ice machine didn't work.

terrible time with room keys - had to wait forever to get key reset . Billing issue a problem

The staff was amazing

Only one room was ready at 9 pm the second not til 10 pm. It was a real hardship with two elderly parents and two children to have to wait while the clean rooms to order. Not your typical Marriott stay at all and I am loyal to them. I will say the gentleman on the desk that night was trying his best to accommodate not only me but other guests. It’s a shame they do t set staff up for success with those conditions! I will not stay there again.

There was no complementary breakfast, parking only in a garage in a separate building, and upon entering my room, the shower did not work! The staff 1st said, they didn't have any rooms avaliable, but they did send someone up and he told us he will get us another room and came through. It was very inconvenient for the time we had arrived, but at the end, the gentleman came through. Overall, I won't stay here again! The rooms were clean, very updated but the location is not cool.

Tv did not work the entire stay hotel has new system that is still trying to charge my credit card

The air conditioner would not turn off. We had to unplug the device.
