Sheraton Suites Wilmington Downtown

I loved this hotel and had a great room. It was convenient to walk to places in downtown Wilmington and felt safe.

Very good

The location was central to all my needs Breakfast not much of a variety for Westerners, could do with doing proper pork sausages black pudding fried eggs mushrooms, tomatoes.....

Accommodating staff!

spacious and clean rooms too expensive for what it is. no sauna no extra facilities

Security and comfort of the room

This hotel was all that I was expecting it to be from the reviews I read online.

On a business trip - will stay there again

Exceptional

Beautiful hotel, comfy room Arrived at 6, room still wasn't ready. Garage parking is way to tight.

The shower sounded like it was screaming when we turned it on. The engineer came in about 10 minutes and changed the shower head. We got locked in our room because the "new" lock got stuck. The toilet is made for toddlers. On the floor.

The room itself was clean -Third floor is not as up-to date and as classy as the rest of the floors - The bottom lock to the room had a faulty lock. Which left the door unable to lock fully - The coffee table closest to the door had some kind of paint or wood chipping on it -The bathroom was missing a close up mirror -There is also no ice machine on the third floor. Which means guest would have to travel to a different floor. - There was even a difference between lighting across the different floors. There were several noticeable difference between the floors between the multiple times that I have stayed at this hotel. Some of the difference also pose a risk to those who might be traveling by themselves. For the money that was spent, and the lack of consistency. I unfortunately will not be staying at this location again

The room smelled and the blanket was lumpy & discolored. The exit door near us was disfigured and wouldn’t close. The waitress at breakfast was great and so was the front desk clerk at check in. The check out front desk clerk was not helpful. The room was cute, I guess.

The hotel was located in a perfect location for us to make it to a concert at Longwood gardens the staff was incredibly polite we had one issue with our microwave in our room and they was up to replace it with a new one right away! Beyond that the service was great we had a wonderful view the rooms were clean and we just had an overall spectacular time and great experience! We will definitely return because we loved the location, amenities and service. Downtown was buzzing with plenty of good restaurants and great vibes.

Good

Location. Location. Location. TV.

The room and facilities were exceptional. I was very comfortable during my stay. The hotel was excellent but the location was far from any shops or the suburbs. The hotel is located in the business district, which would be great for others but not the best for my stay.

Over priced Taste of Food

All was well!
