Omni Richmond Hotel

Exceptional

Very nice

Really cool place b/c it has multiple nice restaurants inside the building where the Omni is located. Some of these close on the weekends. But there is a nice bar/restaurant that is the Omni's and their food and service were terrific. Rooms had a slide out table for champagne, light up mini-fridge built into the dresser/ TV console. Nice desk, lounging chair and comforting adjustable lighting. Beautiful view of city buildings, bridge, etc. Staff was extremely professional, helpful and genuinely happy folks. Would def stay there again!

Nice clean room and comfy bed Very expensive parking when there is much cheaper parking right across the street and quite a bit of free parking near by.

Clean room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Would stay again. Limited onsite dinner options. But Richmond has a ton of great restaurants. Would be convenient to have an on site full service restaurant. Alot of places were booked.

Sean was the BEST!!! I was there for Run Richmond 1619 event. Sean was very polite and courteous; he transported me to the event. He also recommended some delicious restaurants. Traveling alone, I felt safe.

Beautiful, clean hotel but the WiFi issues were awful. Almost impossible to get free WiFi here. Otherwise a great stay.

If I could give the staff 10 stars, that wouldn’t be enough! We’ve stayed at many hotels and can say that the staff at Omni Richmond are the best. We were greeted at the door by the valet staff and directed where to check in. The front desk staff were very helpful and check in was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. We ate at the onsite restaurant and although we just got burgers, they were delicious! We were there for an event where our son’s name (among others) was placed on the memorial wall for fallen first responders and the Omni staff was gracious enough to allow us to store our luggage and leave our vehicle until the event was over even though we had already checked out. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again if in the area.
