The concert i went to was fun, and the walk there was nice They charged me twice for my stay because they claimed they didn't get my payment from booking.com even through i had paid a week in advance.

This is a basic hotel in a good location. The common areas have been updated but the rooms are old with some cosmetic updates. My bathroom had mold and the toilet paper was single ply. The bed was very comfortable and the location is very convenient. Just an okay for the money.

The hotel is in a great location. The rooms are updated and the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we stayed for three nights and our room was not cleaned once.

Breakfast was slightly disorganised due to the way it was run. The young girl on the morning of 22nd September was very very helpful. Went out of her way to explain and sort out our breakfasts. More simple way to do breakfast

There was no parking available. I had to pay for parking in the parking lot across the street.

Some maintenance issues encountered this time ; specifically toilet ran all the time due to obvious sloppy repair of flushing mechanism; Also disruptive (questionable )guest bs visitor at check in-; the situation was well handled by the staff but raises concern about security; Overall, would stay here again b/c of location and great staff

Location was great, room was fine though not outstanding, valet was expensive and I would not use that again. But overall, I am very happy with the stay.
