The staff was kind! Shuttle to the airport was great. Good location. Clean rooms but not the cleanest Not super clean. Scum around the sink handle, no mattress protectors. The bed was hard and old. The room furnishing and cupboards were all old and dingy. Could use an update

The hotel is very nice and the staff was very helpful. However, the bed was not so great and more importantly the AC did't get cold enough for us to have a good nights sleep. Just be aware of that if you like to sleep in a cold room.

Quick and easy check in with polite staff but the room vent was covered in mold which caused a reaction to my asthmatic wife.

Room was comfortable with a couch and nice sitting area. Bathroom was clean and equipped with amenities. Water was given at check in and restaurant in hotel with decent food.

I pre booked and paid for a dbl bed was told there wasn’t one available. The king room was dirty feminine products in the bathroom on the floor whe given another room, viola a dbl bed was available. We were dbl charged as well. Watched cleaning crew lay pillows on the floor near the elevators just unclean practices on this property.

The M lounge was closed but we were able to get a breakfast voucher for the restaurant which had an excellent buffet.
