Courtyard By Marriott Hartford/Windsor Airport

I made a reservation at this hotel and was told that they no longer support third party vendors including hotels.com and they did not have my reservation. They also did not refund me

The rooms are actually designed to be cozy and inviting. Normally I cannot wait to go home, but here, I wouldn’t have minded staying! Also the staff were all awesome, even the pleasant cleaning ladies

Clean room, interaction with front desk at check in(Randy), front desk person who made my Caramel Macchiato after the bistro closed, housekeeping staff who gave us extra towels- all top notch staff. No pool, mattress has reached its prime, pillows are lousy, online pictures are way better than the reality, and they charge for parking $10.64/day. I expected better under the Marriott banner.

The hotel was nice and the lobby and room was clean. How ridiculous they charge $10 / day for parking. It is a regular parking lot (not a parking structure). I’ve never been charged to park in a hotel parking lot. This is just an average, run-of-the-mill hotel. There is a Starbucks in the lobby.

The room was clean, I loved that there was laundry machines available for guests to use. Ice machines worked and was so handy.

No pool, nothing to spend time wisely no kids not adults friendly, poor conditions

Location and bed comfortable The long walk to elevator and fact you could not buy wine after 10pm. We had gone to a concert and were disappointed we could not buy at the mini mart.

The staff was really nice, and location was convenient, but would not stay again.

I always stay here when I’m in the area. The manager she is the absolute best!!!

Older establishment needs renovation.

Rooms are cleaned every other day. If you stay more than one night, you have dirty towels the next day, a dirty bathroom, and an unmade bed. No warning was given by Marriott, the front desk, or Expedia as to this silly program. Expedia should resolve these issues. I think a pEtial refund is due from Marriott or Expedia

there was barley hot water in the shower, none of the dispensers worked in the shower. Could not get shampoo,conditioner or body wash out. The big ants crawling on shower curtain
