Beautifully designed, well kept hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely view overlooking trees and a river. Minor details such as a dirty bathroom back door and rust around the shower surround could have been better cleaned.

Was excited because this is a newly built hotel on Wilmington DE waterfront. Check in a little slow after registering online. Get to room on 1st floor room 109, phone broken not working, TV cords not connected and missing,blue ink on floor, lock on door for security broke, parking full with cars not parking in designated parking areas. Go to front desk to inform of situation put in another room on 5th floor. Get to room and refrigerator wouldn't open. Room was better but it was late and having to deal with the room changing was inconvenience.

Location! Hotel was right on the riverwalk within walking distance to many restaurants, parking was convenient, and the staff was very friendly, personable, and helpful. View was perfect!

Location Had an issue with the adjoining rooms. Keys didn’t work for one. After three trips to the front desk they had to switch one of my rooms to another floor. It was horrible inconvenience to my family.
