Hilton Tucson East

We loved the breakfast in the morning and the bed was very comfortable. Staff where all friendly and helpful. We didn't like housekeeping banging on the door so much earlier then check out.

This is a very lovely property. Very well kept cleaned. The room was nice and quiet and had a beautiful view of the mountains. It is close to people that I need to visit and things that I needed to do. I try to stay there every time I go back to Tucson!

Prior to checking out I stated all this to the front desk agent. They were helpful in adjusting my reservation for work prior to getting there yet not a great experience totally after being present. The door to room was very unaligned and made it hard to open or close. The room also had plumbing issues along with a mattress that we could feel the sprangs in and that had been worn down to no degree. I advise the front desk lady of all this no type of refund,credit or anything was offered to me and my wife after celebrating our anniversary there. Not even an apology it was a early checkout but I just left thinking this isn't Hilton Brand and standard's....

We stay here while visiting family. It is a convenient location, nice accommodations, good breakfast available in restaurant.

This was a lovely property and the staff were very helpful. Our experience however, was marked by terrible shower experience. The water did not ever get hot enough and there was low water pressure.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. The hotel is beginning to show its age and is ready for updates and a refresh. The air conditioning units are noisy. A major negative is that the hotel charges an additional $15 per night for parking, which is a hidden fee.

I left a not great review before but they actually called me and fixed a lot of the problems I had with this place. So I recommend if you do have a problem just contact them and they’ll try and help you. Especially Linda she’s the best!

Our main problem with the stay here was that there were hidden fees everywhere like $75 parking fee a day, and how their used to be breakfast included in the stay and now it’s $35 a person. Other problems were that the valet laundry lost some of my clothes. Biggest one was that we had scheduled breakfast room service to come to our door at 6am so we could leave on time and it never showed up we called the front desk they put us through to the restaurant and they had lost our ticket so we had no breakfast and we left later than we had planned. Just super disappointing for the price and because we thought that staying at the Hilton it would have been a better experience than other budget hotels but in our experience we would have gotten a better experience at a place like Comfort Inn.

Front lobby elevators go ve a great view of the mountains Could not find stairs to walk up to our room.

The outside property is more than quite maintained. The lobby is a sight to behold....so very striking . AMAZING!!!! The wall of glass and the elevators rising from nearby the front desk........I felt as though I was on a cruise ship. The staff is more than accommodating. The Alloro restaurant is wonderful.

We did not have breakfast Parking charge was not disclosed neither in the online reservation nor in the check in time, that make me think twice if I want to stay again in this hotel, parking fee is not necessary the all back parking lot was empty maybe out of 300 spaces we were the only ones parked there.

1. Water temperature was warm and not hot. 2. The toilet was lose and kept moving. 3. Person checking us in was rude and non personal. Nevertheless even pointed out where the elevator was. 4. Room to dark. Needs for lights. 5. Breakfast should have been included.

Place good. Very clean food was not bad. The property could use upgrades. Lot stuff not working. Outdated fixtures. Elevator needs some love. Moves fast or slow not consistent. A few times doors closed super fast.

Really nice hotel. Great food, helpful staff, comfortable beds! Only thing I had a problem with was the shower didn't get very warm and took a long time to get to a temperature warm enough to get in.
