Embassy Suites by Hilton Tucson East

Breakfast was fantastic! Omelettes were great to have. The pool area strangely had only 2 lounge chairs for a very large space. It made it so you could not relax. We saw people lying on the tiled pool deck looking uncomfortable. They also did not have towels in the afternoon, and although we requested them from the front desk, they were not refilled after 30 minutes so we had to walk dripping back to our room. With loungers, the pool would have been great.

My confirmation stated a 3pm check in. We arrived a little after 3 and were told our room was not ready and it would be at least an hour wait. What are you supposed to do for an hour when its 98 degrees outside, everything us packed in your car and you have a baby with you. We didn't get in the room until 4:30. I had asked for a crib for the baby. I called the front dest and they dragged in a filthy play pen that smelled like pee. Wh hadn't brought anything to put the baby in . The breakfast was terrible tasting. Pancakes tasted like cardboard and the orange juice was mainly water. The pool had 4 lounge chairs, one of which was falling apart. And they refused to give us a later check out on Sunday even though our check in was1 1/2 hours late. The gentleman at the front dest was horrible rude.

the only thing was the people on the balcony smoking Marijuana you could.smell it all over the parking lot

Superb

It's our second time staying at this hotel. Always a great stay. Clean and spacious rooms! Great breakfast, lots of shade and greenery, nice enough to eat outside the restaurant patio. Offers a huge pool, jacuzzi, a fitness area and a laundry room. All of which we used. Will stay here again when in town.

Please note that we have a child with crutches and we were given a room that was on the other side of the hotel property on the 3rd floor with no access to an elevator. The room had a running leak from the kitchen area right as you walk in the door. When I asked if we could get another room, they couldn't give us another room so he said he could give a full refund. So I quickly got online and booked another hotel so we have a place to stay! and quickly went to the lobby to get a refund and then he says to me that he would have to have management process the refund at another time! It has been 48 hours and I am still waiting for my refund.

The hotel seemed old and out dated. The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. We had to come and have our shower fixed. The rooms looked nothing smelled like old cigarettes and the staff their isn’t anything they can do to help

Clean and conveniently located but dated and needs some refreshing.
