Super nice personnel. They were always curious if everything is fine and caring. Breakfast was great and the staff refilled on time. Perfect. Absolute nothing.

The staff was very friendly and a variety breakfast was nice. Maintenance on the AC required it was loud.

Room looked clean upon arrival. Couple hours into be there I found blood on the door of the bathroom and side rail and wall. I informed the front desk and she said they would take care of it. Came back later that evening bathroom was redone but the blood was still in the same spots. Was only there two nights didn’t bother to ask again about it.

Room was clean, bathroom smelled a little though. Had called ahead of our stay to have a pack-and-play ready for us in the room for baby and it never was. Then when we requested one it wasn’t even brought up to our room had to downstairs and set it up ourselves. Breakfast was good.

Staff was amazing offered us water since it was really hot outside and after a long day of softball. Breakfast was great.

Clean spacious room, comfortable bed, and hot breakfast were the plusses. It was too hot to enjoy the pool which had limited shade.

Room was handicapped room. Not discussed. Cups were missing from room. Many parking spaces taken up by a large number of FedEx semi cabs.

The room was great for our weekend stay. Spacious, comfortable, quiet, and lots of outlets for all our devices. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Great location near restaurants and shopping. We will definitely stay again on our travels through Tucson.
