Tru by Hilton The Colony Dallas

Yes it was very nice and clean. I love the environment. In the location was close to everything that I need to go to I liked it everything. It wasn't nothing that I didn't like everything was great.

Superb

I stayed 9-25-2026 to 9-27-2026, room 307, The facility was nice, they had a snack bar that you could buy snacks from at anytime throughout the day and night! It was nice! The ac was amazing! Shower was fire! Absolutely loved the shower! The breakfast was complimentary, and was pretty good! Location was great as well! Tv in the room was nice too! And I must say Divy (I hope I spelled that right?) was an absolute sweetheart! He took good care of me from the minute I walked in to begin my stay, to the min I checked out! Such a sweet man, very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! He always had a sweet smile on his face and made me feel welcome every time! Thank you so much Divy! You’re amazing! The bed was so painful! Very uncomfortable king size bed! Felt like we were sleeping on a board the towel hangers beside the shower were barely hanging on to life (the wall) lol if you were to put a towel on it, it’d most likely fall out of the wall

Breakfast is the best part beds and pillows are uncomfortable and bathrooms and room wallas could use a touch up. Overall still a nice place to stay when you have kids!

Exceptional

I like the friendliness of the receptionist. I didn't like that my room doesn't have a microwave nor a coffee machine.

Everything was super clean, staff was very friendly and super helpful! Will definitely be recommending this hotel to everyone and will rebook!

Check in was quick and the front desk was so helpful! My room was clean and so was the fitness facility that I used each night! The location is convenient and you have so many options for stores, restaurants or fast food!

I like Everything

Great hotel and they allowed our two small dogs. Staff was courteous and helpful. We will stay there again.

Exceptional

The staff was super considerate.

Everything is Dallas was great !

There is hair in the bathroom

It was clean and all the facilities were perfect. I will use it again.

It was the Standard like all hotel's, nothing special! Nothing!1

Clean room and a good breakfast that is included. My only gripe was that the water pressure was low in the bathroom at the sink and shower.
