Holiday Inn Express & Suites Plano - The Colony by IHG

Excellent

Enjoyed every moment .

Didnt get the room I paid for

The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful. The hotel is close to Grandscape and other restaurants. Would go again.

We enjoyed our one night stay. Room was very clean and the front desk staff were so friendly.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and we do plan more visits to Dallas and will return back to this location.

The room is clean and all the staff are friendly.

Business trip experience was AMAZING

Room carpet getting smell.

Close to things Ac not working in one of the rooms and wouldn’t give me a refund for it even though we didn’t stay in that room

No

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and inviting. Close to World We truly enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This hotel is the best in it's class for The Colony!

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Very nice breakfast.

No

Fortunately nothing was taken that we know of from the room. The water pressure is almost un usable. The scent in the lobby is soooo bad smelling.

I love walking into a hotel room and just knowing it is crisp and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, room was nice and cool. The only 2 things negative I can say was the water pressure for the sink itself to wash hands, brush teeth etc. But the water pressure in the shower was wonderful. The other negative was the PARKING. We stayed on a saturday night and when we arrived at 10pm there was plenty of space. We ended up leaving to grab food around 1230am and by time we got back there was not one single spot available at our hotel nor the one sister property next door.

Nice clean hotel. Enjoyed the location as well. Staff were very helpful.

The staff know it but not offer anything Usually another holiday inn they will offer some snack or something
