La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dallas Plano - The Colony

Passable

Staff was very helpful

The stay was welcoming and comfortable. Clean room, breakfast provided, and the walkable restaurants are a plus. Only downside was that they did not clean my room one day, which threw me off since they never miss a day.

Great

Everything was great.

Exceptional

The only down side was the pool, my kids were so excited to swim. However the pool did not look very clean at all. It was very cloudy and a weird greenish color, you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. Over all it was a good stay!

No, I was very happy with my stay there

Everything except the pool was wonderful! Breakfast was hot and delicious. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool was not clean. My children were wanting to go swimming, but the water was green and you could not see the bottom of the pool.

Clean spacious room. Felt clean and not humid like some other hotels.

I liked the property. It was very clean, staff were welcoming. The only thing is that they should consider taller toilets. For older people who have a hard time getting up and down, this was a struggle.

This is a great place to stay when in the Colony. It is convenient to major highways with several good restaurants within walking distance. Clean contemporary facility with genuinely friendly staff. I will be back

Note to self, don’t stay at La Quinta if you don’t want to be woken up by dogs and don’t want to smell pee everywhere.

Breakfast

Breakfast was good. Every day was a diferent meal. The location was excellent, close to the places I need it to go. The pool area a little bit to hot. The water in the pool a little bit to cold.

Very clean, and location was perfect for me The only thing that bothered me a little was the noise from the dogs barking. I think this was partly my mistake, as I didn’t realize the hotel was pet-friendly when I made my reservation. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the staff was very kind and helpful. Personally, I just prefer a quieter environment.

Superb

Mr. Cornell Watson checked us in. He was helpful in straightening out the situation of my reservation for two rooms. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

The property is VERY clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely will be staying here next time we are in town.

Perfect place. New and clean. Did not enjoy the breakfast Nothing, all good
