Comfort Suites The Colony - Plano West

Everything

.

It was close to everything I needed. I found roaches in the bathroom , the water in the shower wouldn’t drain towel rack in the bathroom wouldn’t stay on wall it kelp falling off the wall. Hotel smell like mildew.

Beds were comfortable. Parking was close. Room was quiet. Bathtub finish was coming off. Didn't drain quickly. No light bulb in lamp. Smoke detector was hanging from ceiling. No lids for coffee cups at breakfast. Grout and caulk missing in bathroom. Smoking allowed right outside entry to lobby and had to walk through smoke a couple times. Staff was friendly enough. Seemed like a lot of deferred maintenance by the property owner.

clean

Outdated. Construction. Lights didn’t work.

Location was great. Room was very hot. Seemed outdated.

The comfort of the place and how cheap it was to book. Breakfast was included so it wasn't all that bad. The night time staff did not exist for us. Took us forever to check in and how the staff had no knowledge or information. Speaks very quiet and the check in wasn't smooth. Some rooms lighting do not work and TV sometimes does not work. Staff tried to help but to no avail.

Nice place. Friendly staff

Good

No

Pleasant

The breakfast was same every day during stay. The washing machine needed quarter coins but there was no bill changer.

Tv didn’t work and had to reset it.Dirty q tips on the floor in the hallway was never picked up. Shower rod falling off and curtain taped to to hold it. Something sticky on one of the night stands. Water leaking on floor of continental breakfast.

Nice

Guest Room doors do not have door sweeps at the bottom so all hallway noise and light goes right in to the room. Bathroom showed signed of water damage and was generally unclean feeling. In general the property seems run down, poorly taken care of and generally unclean.

It was convenient to where we were attending functions When we 1st arrived staff was sitting outside did not acknowledge us. I went inside to check in & no one came to assist for about 7 mins. Room smelled musty & moldie. Top of vanity had sticky stains on it. Looked like room had not been cleaned only bed linen was changed. Sofa was old & broken down cushions toilet seat was not attached good no light bulbs in 2 of the lamps

We notice black moled in the bathroom shower, very old the door was all cracked all at the bottom and it got stuck. The tv was not working on all channels and the refrig kept us up with loud noise... THE last straw was there was NO pool...NO pool and it was advertised with pool.

Very good

This place sucks!
