Very nice hotel staff always help when needed

THe location was great due to I was across from the hospital where my wife was having day surgery, The bed was comfortable, room and outside was clean and well kept. I didn't like that the maintenance man didn't fix the air conditioner our first day there, he came and check it and stated he will be back, the temperture was at 74 blowing warm air...After 45 min or so he never returned and the theromestat had reached 77. I called the front desk and they stated he said it will cool down later in the evening. That wasn't acceptable so I went to see the desk clerk to get another room. She was very accomodating, I was able to change rooms, in which was a hassel because we had already unpacked, we got another room with a better working air conditioner. The next day at breakfast I asked if I could get a few face cloths, the clerk stated she will have some sent to my room. Time to take my shower around 7:00 pm no face cloths, had to go to front desk to get 2 more... Is there a policy of how many face cloths per person?? The clerk stated if we needed more just call and they will bring some. Didn't fully understand that...... I didn't like that you only get 1 face cloth per person a day, had to go get more face cloths both days we stayed, and that was ridiculous!

It was a perfect stay for us. I would suggest that they have better coffee amenities in the room with more condiments for coffee but overall it was wonderful. The elevator went out on day one but was fixed by the second day.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I will stay here anytime I am in Texarkana!

We stay here often when we go to Texarkana. The staff are amazing and so accommodating!!! Nothing we would change except maybe some bigger trash cans in the rooms and a clock at the pool! Breakfast is great, place is very clean.

Breakfast was not that great although there were eggs bacon and sausage I could tell it was precooked. I was not fond of it. I felt it should have been better given the hotel name and with a better selection other than just bagels and muffins that were packaged.

The hotel was nice staff was nice. I enjoyed my stay

Plenty of places to eat The rooms seem superficially clean. I spilled some water on the floor and once I wiped the floor with paper towel. The paper towel came up almost black

The freeway prevented a convenient exit due to cement barriers making a corridor that prevented exit. We shouldl have been warned in advance or given directions that would have helped us find the hotel. I ended up 6 miles out of town before being able to turn around. The clerk's family dominated the sitting area. The trash cans were finally located in a closet.

Staff was over there to kill some time. When our restroom overflown and flooded , her response , there is no maintenance but I can get you a plunger. Waited 20 min but now show, walked to reception desk, she was on her phone and shocked seeing me. She realized she forgot about situation. He was me asking for another from so that we stay in a clean room!

Superb

It was clean and all the staff was so awesome. They had a hard time keeping up with towels due to a full house.
