Please give Jay Jay, the front staff, a raise. He not only acted as the best and most polite front staff ever- he also doubled as a therapist. I came into this hotel in shambles after a horrible afternoon of my car breaking down, resulting in us needing a stay in Texarkana. He accommodated us and made us feel at home. I needed a warm welcome after a stressful day. The property was clean, the entire staff was nice and polite. Very thankful this is the hotel we chose!

Upon arrival we were assigned a room on the fourth floor after being told that the elevator was out of service. The pool was also out of service and items in the gym were also broken and/or missing.
