The staff was very pleasant and I liked the location There was a lot of construction going on and it was very distracting.

Even though the construction was going on my room was so quiet. The restaurant was also closed but open in a meeting room and the food was still amazing. Was just driving through but stayed 3 days cause it was so comfortable

We chose this hotel because it had a restaurant and bar on site. What we were not made aware of was that both were being renovated. There was a makeshift bar and restaurant in a meeting room but it was tiny and had little to recommend it. The lobby had tarps across half of it and was nosy with sounds of construction. I am angry that we were not made aware of this when we booked. If we had known we would have gone elsewhere

The AC is too loud. The pillow and bed are not comfortable. It made my neck and back pain.

Amazing hotel and professional, welcoming staff! Loved the room, body wash brand, and amenities! We also ordered breakfast the next day and it was fantastic - excellent, attentive wait staff.

The room was great!!! It was spacious and description on the website was EXACT!. The only issue was that the hallways and elevator was hot.

Check-in was quick. Staff was amazingly friendly. Rooms are clean. Shower water pressure is great. I’ve stayed at about every hotel in Texarkana. This is the best. Leaving.

We loved our 3 night stay. The room was clean and roomy. The pool was awesome and we even used their printer in the office area. It was easy to access and did everything I needed. The only thing that we found that was worth mentioning is the bathroom in our rooms had a musty weird small at first but went away once we used it a couple times.

The pool was dirty and needed to be cleaned. (gum on bottom of pool) There is only one umbrella for shade. The air was not working in elevators or hallway to our room.
