The room felt dirty. In the ceiling of the bathroom it appeared to need repair and the shower was missing something it had holes in it. And the shower was dirty. The room wasn't cleaned after the first night. When we returned to our room housekeeping left a bag hanging on the door with towels. The room felt dirty. Hate how on booking.com it’s listed as pet friendly but when I arrived there it was not a pet friendly location. When I tried to show the front desk that on booking.com it was listed as pet friendly he went to the back and refused to come out ( all after charging my card)

Low toilet seat by a wall with no grab bar to my left was a half wall that helped me land on the seat somewhat gently & pull up. If it was more than one night I would have requested a change. I also thought the waste basket should have a liner.

Beautiful facility & room & it was near where I needed to be during the day. I also thought the waste basket should have a liner.

The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel overall has a very nice clean feel with bar area that’s nice for winding down in the evenings!
