Nothing, I was never able to enter the property, no one was at the front desk and they did not want to give me my money back. I wasted my money and they couldn’t even give me a solution.

Excellent room without sacrificing amenities. Their are some damages and nicks in the room, but nothing that interfered with my stay.

We had 15 nights of reservation and asked room cleaning earlier, about middle of our stay. Some front desk staff tried to make it, but it did not happen and the room was cleaned right a day before our check out. The communication between hotel staff is very bad. When we checked in, front staff gave me one sticky note with my room number. I got no other printed materials, such as how to connect wifi or frequency of their house keeping services. Also, the room has bathtub but does not have sink stopper. We have asked hotel staff to get a stopper. We have asked them repeatedly, but we finally got maintenance staff came in to our room and fixed it at sixth day of our stay. When we asked for replacing towels. But everytime, they don't have new towels at front desk.

We were moved to a 2nd room, super dusty, sheets had holes in them, bathroom sink had hairs like if someone just shaved. Felt very dirty I went to lobby to request for Clorox wipes, they gave me Sani wipes. I cleaned around the room, handles, countertops, furniture, remotes everything was dirty I did like the location it was safe, near the stadium near the train

The room was dirty and smelled. Uncomfortable beds. I would not recommend.

Zero amenities, zero ice machine, had to wait for coffee in the morning. Great place, just don't expect any extras besides a bed and bath.

Proximity to my office There are cockroaches and ants in the room we stayed in. The issue is, we are scared we might carry these when moving out. The Kitchen counter tops are marble/Granite and Any cup or utensil you put on this used to leave a mark on the stone.
