Nice place with super nice staff

The photos of this hotel are a horrible representation of what it actually looks like. It’s far more than just dated: the room was dirty, the smell was awful, and I felt unsafe during my stay. Staff moved me to a supposedly renovated room, and it was still terrible. I never would have booked if accurate pictures had been shown. Because I booked through a third-party site, I felt trapped after paying. I’d honestly rather sleep in my car next time. Extremely disappointed and the area itself is NOT safe. Take note that it’s a deadend street also. BeWARE this felt like what I imagine a Motel 6 to be like.

It was a convenient place to stay since we were watching the 49ers game. It seemed clean around the building but our room smelled like mildew and if we didn’t leave the air on it was intolerable. I would’ve done a better review because everything else was not bad but the room could’ve been better.

Very close to Levi stadium. The room was very dated. But it was clean.

I like that this property was 6 min drive to the Levi stadium. There is other transit options close by also. The location was clean, in a good area, close to eateries and freeway. The room I had was 2 beds and it was a good size with a balcony. The bed were comfortable and the room had a microwave and refrigerator. They do have breakfast and it was ok. Some of the food was cold and the hot foods lacked flavor. Things to keep in mind they charge $50 for early check in fee. The room deposit of $100 the time I stayed double check when booking. Check out is at 11am. There was a guest checking out before me around 8/9 ish. They tried to charge him a hidden fee of early checkout fee on the day of checkout. After further review I made sure they didn’t charge me. Just Be aware and ask about that hidden fee when checking out early on the day of checkout.

Management isn't allowed to charge extra for parking!! They will do this on events and they don't even have a working hotel number!
