Room was clean and air conditioning worked out for warmer evening as well as providing quiet room… they also have a charging cable that can be useful if needed.

The lady that was at the front desk when we arrived was super friendly. And it was a hectic weekend for her because it was the concert weekend, but she was very patient and nice with us.

Check in went quickly, staff were friendly, and informed me of amenities and ways to get to my room. I did verify if I was given a room with a jetted tub, as I had booked, and they had to change my assigned room to provide that. I was on the ground floor, some rooms have balconies, and my sliding door opened to the courtyard by the pool, so I generally had to cover my window for privacy as others often walked by. It was very quiet though! I had room 111, I did not get a higher floor as requested in booking, but the room was fine, albeit a bit cozy, but was comfortable. There was a few cleanliness issues as I found a coin under the edge of the bed, crumbs/debris on a night stand, and a qtip under the bench. Otherwise the room was clean, king bed was comfortable, and had 5 pillows! The jetted tub fits one person and is in the bathroom and doubles as a shower. While it wasn't overly spacious, it was incredibly pleasant, and the strongest jets of any jetted tub I have experienced at a hotel, very relaxing! It was a bit loud though due to that power and the tub drain would close on its own sometimes. Breakfast was quite crowded, found a table though, pancake machine was broken, eggs and sausage were okay, and I also had yogurt and cereal. It was fine overall and kept filled mostly. I would definitely stay again!

The property offered a nice breakfast… and the hotel smelled clean each day. Lighting in the parking lot, motor home parked on property looked abandoned? Was concerned about parking in that area.

Staff, breakfast The property is old and rooms do not have good sound proofing. Anyone talking or walking in the corridor or upper floor cause disturbance.

It was good but the staff was friendly and didn’t interrupt stay once. The ac turns and off randomly. It was definitely safe and well monitored property. I did feel like the sound proofing of the rooms was a little thin could clearly hear people when they were next to your room or in theirs. But overall it was good.

The breakfast All the housekeeping was rude none them spoke English and they never once and pick up all my trash at lease outside my room and I stay for 7 days then lick me out of the side I go in by my rooms cuz there fixing there locks I couldn’t go from my room to my car to pack my stuff then no cameras on the side of the hotel were I was staying they td me on my in the front cuz worried about my car getting broke into

Clean rooms and overall very nice hotel

Definitely not a 4 star, just a motel I set the filter to select 4 star hotel, and this one showed up. I ended up paying almost $300 for a motel instead of hotel. Very disappointing. Booking star system is very misleading

Inn was off the beaten track embedded into a residential area. Smelled like an old building although it was clean and well maintained. Beds were extremely comfortable and breakfast was the usual morning buffet.

Ants everywhere in the room..
