TETRA Hotel, Autograph Collection

We chose this hotel as a little getaway during our trip to celebrate my birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel was cozy, beautiful, and very comfortable. It was exactly what we needed to step away from our everyday routine, relax, and simply enjoy the moment. We loved our stay and left feeling refreshed and happy. We would definitely love to come back!

What impressed us most was how thoughtful and accommodating they were with very little notice. I only mentioned our anniversary when I called at 7 PM on Friday to let them know we would be checking in late, around 10 PM, after dinner. Despite having just a few hours’ notice, the team upgraded us to a suite and welcomed us with a bottle of wine, chocolates, and a handwritten anniversary note. It was such a lovely surprise and made my wife feel incredibly special. They also graciously extended our Sunday checkout to 2 PM, allowing us to enjoy a relaxed final morning without feeling rushed. The suite was beautiful, but it was the genuine hospitality and attention to detail that made our stay memorable. The TETRA team went above and beyond to help us celebrate an important milestone, and we’re truly grateful. Thank you, TETRA, for making our 16th anniversary weekend one we’ll remember fondly. We look forward to staying with you again!

This was my first time staying. The front desk staff bartender was all friendly and helpful. The room was very nice. The amenities in the room and bathroom item were great and thoughtful. Which I have never experienced before. It was a pleasant surprise. Would definitely stay again when I’m in the area for another event.

Beautiful Hotel, Great Staff and they provided transportation to the concert at Levi Stadium!! Very Nice Stay!!

The hotel was great! The glass enclosed bathrooms are such a great touch!

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice towels, no corners cut. Drinks at the bar are expensive but otherwise very happy with seat. They provided a clipper card for a free round trip to Levi’s Stadium. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was perfect. My husband and I are very picky about our hotel stays when we travel and this location met all our needs and more.

this was probably one of my best stays ever! I was solo traveling and it’s perfect for that and has amazing views within the building. 10/10 :D

Modern, sparkling clean, great refresh between days by housekeeping The “destination fee” of $20 + tax felt a bit extortive—it is a credit for drinking at the bar or using the cafe. You are then obliged to spend extra for hotel services that you would ordinarily not have used.

Had such a lovely stay. Definitely will be coming back; everything was great.

The only minor downside is that the bathroom door cannot be locked, which may be something to consider if you’re travelling with older children or anyone who values extra privacy. Parking is available but comes at an additional cost. Breakfast is not a buffet. If your booking includes breakfast, you might get extra charges as each room only gets two breakfast vouchers.

We had an excellent stay at Tetra Hotel Autograph Collection in San Jose. The hotel is very nice, clean, situated in central location, easy access to nearby cities. Hotel staff are very nice and helpful. They have wonderful restaurants as well. Highly recommended!

We stayed at Tetra Collection Hotel for four nights and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. The pool area was clean and well maintained, and the location felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. Overall, we had a very comfortable and pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.
