Home2 Suites by Hilton Springdale

Good

Upon arriving the property was noticeably well maintained but when we got in our room , it looked like the photos, yet the toilet seat had visible poop on it. It was late, we were tired and only staying to make it to the game the next day so I didn’t complain, we cleaned the toilet ourselves and went on to bed. The coffee bar was nice, the breakfast was mediciore.

always clean, breakfast and coffee always hot and delicious.

10/10

Clean room and good breakfast!

Excellent staff, clean and delicious breakfast.

Hotel was great. Staff was wonderful. Only concern was there was never fresh decaf coffee for my guest. Otherwise, great stay.

Clean The bed was not so comfortable! Everything else was great.

The bed was not so comfortable! Everything else was great.

I liked the location and the hotel was great.our room waa great size for thr family of 5.

i liked that it was clean. The pool was too small.

Coffee in lobby was not great.. no other complaints! Super staff. Asked for an extra blanket and they responded so fast. Really courteous and friendly.

.most hotes offer free bottles of water in the room, they did not. I am a hilton rewards member. They did not ask if I was. I thought it would show up when they keyed in my name so I didn't ask about it until we checked out and was told it was to late.

Everything was a great stay!

Very clean and well kept. Just need some new pillows. Ended up going and buying some .

This was a very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were big and spacious with all amenities, nice pool, Breakfast choices and food very good. Give this 5 stars

Exceptional

Nice place

Needs better breakfast choices on weekdays

The size of the room was excellent and the cleanliness and decor or top-notch. We didn’t find anything that needed improvement.
