Holiday Inn Springdale/Fayetteville Area by IHG

Very outdated property and price is not reflective of that. We would not choose this hotel again, too many newer hotels with competitive pricing. Carpet in hallways stained, dirty, and not even adhered to floor well. Super old feeling yet still pricey. Staff in the breakfast area were kind and accommodating, that was our one positive of the stay!

This property is desperately needing updates and renovations. It’s comfortable, don’t get me wrong. But this property is just used up and old. It reminds me of the Holiday Inn of the 80s and 90s. But a fresh coat of paint, new carpet, and room fixtures would go a long way. Also, making IHG members pay extra for a hot breakfast is ridiculous. I could go to a Holiday Inn Express and it would include a hot breakfast for IHG members. And maybe for everyone. This hotel is pet friendly so that’s nice.

The toilet almost ran over 3 times on my 2 day stay. I didn’t like that all.

Other than that the room was clean and everything was comfortable. The free coffee area could have had more of a variety of creamers (just had plain powdered creamer)

STAFF, Location, Front entrance, showing Wear & Tear… made it feel less clean. Landscaping showing thin spots and Weeds… Maybe a weather issue?

What I didn’t like was that when we got there they over charged my credit card and then when I go down and ask the manager and the person who checked us in have no idea how almost an extra $100.00 was taking off my card .Then on top of that my Hotel Room shower kept filling up with water like it was clogged would not recommend. Looks can be deceiving their hotel lobby. Beautiful their service terrible interaction with staff terrible.

I was charged a $50 deposit, and I still haven't received my refund. The beds had a bad smell, and the mattresses were very uncomfortable.

This place is awesome. We were able to relax for 2 nights after being on the road for a few weeks. I love that they had semi parking. You have no idea how nice it is for driver to be able to get out truck for a bit. I highly recommend this place

Very nice and professional

It was fine. Not quite as clean as I would have liked, but everything else was adequate.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and great amenities.

Noise disturbance from other guests continuing past midnight even with strict noise policy in place.

They didn't do my room

Room was really big and clean ,bed was comfy, but the AC just didnt quite get it cold enough for us. It was comfortable tho .
