Friendly staff and good location. Walls and ceiling are paper thin. Hear every conversation in the hall, every step the people above took, and every car on the interstate. The bathtub barely drained. It completely filled with water while showering. There was a consistent group of 4-5 men that hung out by the front door at all times with very loud and foul language. It was obvious they were regulars and not guests. Only a single elevator in the whole place that’s extremely slow. Every door took several times to scan with the key card before it would unlock.

Otherwise the staff was great and the place was clean.
-
Wouldn’t rate it excellent because there was mold in the bathroom above the lights and I killed a spider in there.
-
Location, price very reasonable. Very pleased and surprised at how clean everything was. I felt safe and the pillows were awesome.

Good service and a clean site

I waited for a few minutes and the clerk handed me new key cards. She had upgraded us to a suite. The suite had a separate bedroom with two full sized beds and a spacious bathroom. Unfortunately, the bathroom walls needed a good wipe down. After housekeeping came the first day, the room smelled of smoke and my slippers stuck to the floor with every step. Breakfast was good. I appreciated the oatmeal with choices like raisins, brown sugar, and pecans! There were plenty of choices of protein and fresh fruit and the coffee was hot! Plenty of parking. Wish we’d had time to try the pool.

Door lock malfunction & locked us out. They acted like it was our fault & left us stranded in the lobby for over 30 minutes while the maintenance man cleaned the pool.

Everything was great. We’d stay again. Although there were a few small roaches in the bathroom. I reported to desk. Everything was good

When booking with Expedia, you sometimes don’t get the best room location; I.e. near interstate, roads.. when you check in, make sure your room is in a good location.

Friendly staff. Clean room.

The check in was busy, but the lady handled it very efficiently and moved things along

Loved the spacious king suite … will definitely stay here again!

Staff was rude and unhelpful

The hotel was fine. The location seemed a little questionable. Random group of guys late at night in the parking lot, which was not well lit. Ended up parking at the hotel next door. No one was at the front desk for 5-10 minutes when we were trying to check in at 11pm. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good except no mini fridge with chocolate milk 😂

Great stay all around. The staff was top notch from the desk to the room custodians to those maintaining the breakfast bar.

We had a beautiful suite. The entire facility was clean and well cared for.

Great check in experience, Gaia checked me and was so nice and sweet. We stayed in the suite room. It was very nice, clean and roomy. Having two tv's in the room was great with kids that don't always like watching the somethings. The kitchen area of the Suite has a table for two, small fridge, microwave and small sink. We enjoyed the pool thru out our 3 night stay. It was clean, never crowded and plenty of chair, tables and tanning chairs. The breakfast was great as well. Plenty of food choices like different types of eggs, sausage and potatoes depending on the day the choice of them changed. They had Oatmeal,Waffles, toast and A variety of pastries. Coffee and Different types of juice to drink. The food was always replemished fast as well.If anything ran low. All around A great stay. The only con I had was the walls are pretty thin, So there were a Few instance that we heard like stomping , or talking till sometimes midnight

The front desk people…Holly and Tristen…EXCELLENT HELP… A couple of people looked like they were living in their cars in the side parking lot! Made me nervous!!

I want to clarify something. I initially called thinking someone took my tramadol, room 224 but what had happened is it spilled into my luggage and I didn't realize. I'm so sorry for this misinformation. All staff was fantastic. We were on traffic side it was noisy.
