Toilet wouldn’t flush, and pesticides all over the room and evidence of bed bugs along along the bed I’ve requested a refund, we walked in and right back out! Same as said above

Upon arrival we didn't not know that the property was at the end of a dead end street. We pulled in saw several cars inoperable or not movable. The clerk told me that we couldn't change the payment. The window ac filters were filthy. Wanted to take a shower but shower hadn't appeared to be clean. Hallway carpets throughout were filthy. The bed was rock hard. Toilet was super loud when flushed. The exhaust fan in the bath was even louder. Went to checkout after 10am and no one was at the desk and had to leave keys on table away from desk.

Clean rooms and friendly staff Dated, worn feeling to the property. Broken down cars in parking lot. Smoke alarm in hallway ? went off from about 4-6 am one of the nights.

Nothing Everything, loud music outside at 10 pm and marijuana everywhere.

The front desk girl. She was absolutely wonderful. The hallway and our room stunk so bad. The carpet in our room and hallway were filthy. One of the front doors was broke, the elevator was out of order half the time we were there. Every fire extinguisher that I saw was red tagged (That means it's in violation of Arkansas fire code) i have NEVER stayed in a place that I felt so unsafe. There were either homeless/Transit or drug induced people inside and outside of this hotel. I could not leave because I could not get another hotel room.

Location on and off freeway The front door literally has police tape on it from heaven knows what. This place was a crack house, for low-income residents. People milling around the parking lot freely smoking pot. Every vehicle in the parking lot appeared to have been vandalized with dents, tires slashed, windshields busted. Shady individuals driving around scoping the place out. I DID NOT feel safe and I checked right back out 10 minutes after checking in.

TV cable/satellite was spotty not smooth and continuous

Room smelled like smoke. Reservation was for a room with two beds, upon arrival that was not available.

I didnt even get to stay the staff was unbelievably rude wouldnt even let me finish talking to be able to answer my question after taking hours to even answer. So I canceled and went somewhere else

Honestly... I couldn't say a bad thing about this place. I've stayed here a few times before and it's always been a good experience.
