Marriott San Antonio Riverwalk

We’ve stayed here in the past, comfort,location, staff,all good. Why the weird bathroom door instead of a regular one? Who knows. Elevator touch screen takes a little getting used, and it’s touch screen menu should be simplified a bit further.

Our room was spotless, modern, and quiet at night. The bed was extremely comfortable with crisp linens, and having bedside USB ports and strong, free Wi-Fi made working and unwinding easy.

Amazing service by the front staff made out horrible started day turned it to an amazing day the best stay ever thank you so much.

Secure hotel, staff was very friendly. Walkable distance from the Alamodome.

Great location, great staff, great property

I was here for a concert so I'm glad I was within walking distance from my hotel to the event After several hours of standing, cheering, dancing, and sweating all i really wanted was to enjoy a shower and rest on the comfy bed; however, when I was moving the pillows around I noticed a bug and immediately squished it. Having been completely itched out of my skin I decided to check under the sheets and other pillows and found another bug (of the bed variety). Thankfully I was given another room; however, considering this happened so late at night and I was sore all over, I will admit I was a bit grouchy and upset to have experienced this situation. I was able to have everything cleaned and taken care of which was fantastic and truly thankful but this has raised my concerns going forth with other bookings to check the beds, pillows, and sheets before settling in.

Location Parking. Had to either pay for valet or public parking.

Clean room and the staff was very helpful.

Hidden fees and parking fees were way too high.

We did not enjoy the noise quality and being able to hear our neighbors, there was a clicking sound from the AC, and things they could not control - outside traffic and revving up of the vehicles.
