Very convenient location. Room was clean. Room service was weird in that we didn’t get any napkins or silverware with our order and had to go to the cafe downstairs to get plastic silverware and napkins- just weird for those prices.

LOVED IT! The view was amazing! I hope we get an amazing view like this next time we stay here again!

Location was great and staff were fantastic It was extraordinarily expensive for a fairly standard hotel room and the parking price is so high. Especially for a place where walking most places is required and the public parking is also insanely expensive.

Great staff, very welcoming and clean hotel.

Location, cleanliness, staff Wish their breakfast didn’t change just because San Japan had a block reservation. Hyatt usually have a lot of selection on the buffet.

It was clean and beautiful architecture. Some of the doors were locked and we had to walk all the way around. Mostly due to safety.

There was coffee spilled across the elevator floor that had not been cleaned or addressed. I did not see it until after I stepped inside, slipped, and landed badly on my right knee. The injury made it difficult for me to walk around. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told, “They don’t know about the state of the elevator unless guests tell them.” That response was unacceptable. Guests should not have to get injured before hazardous conditions are discovered. Management is responsible for maintaining a safe property. I also have to question why I was charged so much for a stay when the hotel has leaking issues and a room that was strangely humid and very far from the elevator. To make matters worse, I could not even use a luggage cart to take my belongings downstairs when checking out. This was an unacceptable experience from beginning to end. I expected a certain standard of safety, cleanliness, maintenance, and service from Hyatt. Instead, I was injured, uncomfortable, overcharged, and left extremely frustrated. If this is how Hyatt members are treated, I seriously question whether maintaining my membership is worthwhile. I expect this complaint—especially the elevator incident—to be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

First off, the staff were absolutely phenomenal. I was nervous as this was my first time ever booking a hotel for myself, but my worries were quickly eased as the staff had such an amazing, kind, and welcoming attitude. They made us feel so welcomed and safe, treated everyone with respect, genuinely my favorite part of the stay.although, the rooms, outdoor areas, and views were amazing too

The small shop inside the hotel was extremely overpriced. A Coca-Cola was around $8, which felt excessive. Restaurant wait times were also very long. For the price of the hotel, the rooms were very small, and they do not offer rollaway beds. Overall, I expected the experience and accommodations to be a little more convenient and comfortable for what we paid.
