Location Long valet line

Location politeness of staff. Well I was very busy while I was down there I ordered a steak dinner I had to go take care of my business but when I came back I wanted to finish my dinner with no way to heat it up no microwave no room service after 10:00 not even any snacks in a lobby because they're locked up in the Starbucks for his amazing as the amenities were you were very limited if you wanted anything I had to order doordash and wait out front talk to you in the morning when I got back at midnight I was very unhappy about that.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, perfect location. Was an excellent stay except that I had no hot water for my shower in the morning.
-
The service to clean the room is too early at 8am. If I’m at vacation, the idea is to relax. Not to wake up early like I’m working. The rest of the hotel and amenities are excellent.

Had a great stay! Will be returning☺️

The location was great. We were able to valet our car and Friday night and not retrieve it until Sunday morning. Everything we wanted to see was in easy walking distance. And when we took the Riverwalk cruise we were delighted to hear that our hotel had a very unique history. As a history buff that was definitely bonus points. The whole staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!

The hotel was amazing. The hotel is situated perfectly to the river walk, Alamo and anything you want to see. Amazing staff. Couldn’t ask for more.

Hotel was great. However, the cars that like to rev their engines cause you to be woken up all hours of the night especially from Thursday-Sunday night from about 10pm to 4am. City ordnance should do something about that as all the hotels must be affected. Hotel does provide you ear plugs but they really don't help.

Excellent hotel

Good breakfast buffet but it was quite expensive. Water machine with options to add electrolytes is a definite plus!!! Older establishment. Not roomy and somewhat dated.

Hotel is very nice. On the River walk. Very busy area. Room is wonderful view with balcony. Spacious and comfortable bed. Cute set up furniture. Breakfast restaurant and their servers are Wonderful. Staff at desk need to respond better with issues/conflicts online reservations. They should call and find out for customer what’s going on. I was told to call myself. I did have my confirmations and receipts. Stood at desk for about 45 minutes trying to check in. We unloaded our own luggage no bell hops because that wasn’t coordinated with the valet team. Beautiful views and great room.

Breakfast was excellent as well as the hosts. Hotel location is right by the riverwalk along many other hotels. Hotel customer service had a good communication platform through texting messages via my phone which expedited solution to my issue. Hotel has a second reservation made by Hilton itself without my permission which was for additional night. The room I paid for was a river view but right on top of a couple of restaurants who had loud live music. The overall view is the top of other hotels which is not pretty. The hotel charges valet parking that NEED to advise that there is a sales surcharge on that service which adds up to about $63
