Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

Great experience. Will book again.

Bed was very comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. We will stay there again for sure.

Loved the location of the hotel and access to Riverwalk. The only issue was being on the first floor by the alley where you could hear the sanitation crews emptying the dumpsters.

Everything at the hotel was great. The room was clean. The staff were friendly.

Elevator took us right down to the riverwalk. no full scale restaurant.

There is a large fan outside the room that runs constantly; the excessive noise disturbs guests' rest, and the placement of a temporary fan detracts from the overall appearance of the corridor. I hope the hotel can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Valet took 45 min to retrieve our vehicle. Had issue with automated system. Called down and spoke to valet personnel. He took my info and stated that vehicle would be ready for pick up in 10 min. In route to wedding.Lady manager was less than kind to us!

The parking at $70 a day was completely unreasonable and I’ll never go back.

Valet Parking is hard to use. You have to pay when you request your car. App is difficult Also had to call twice to get someone to billing luggage carrier to room

Location The price and no vending machines in hotel. The AC was on but room stayed warm instead of cold

It was so so TBH. For the $ a room costs, it's not that nice at all. Rooms are bland and boring. I've stayed in nicer rooms at Holiday Inn LOL. On my thing that I could say was great was the Staff...
