Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. Valet parking was nice and we were so close to the riverwalk we could walk everywhere but was shocked on how much it was a night. I guess it could be cheaper than other parking garages. Overall it was a great stay.

Location, near the Alamo and the river walk. The valet service is inefficient. They send text messages that aren't received by anyone without a US phone number. It also turns out the parking lot is a few blocks away, so it takes 10–15 minutes for the valet staff—who otherwise work very diligently—to bring the car around. The only reason I used the service was that it’s cheaper than other options for overnight parking. It is better to go to a nearby café rather than having breakfast at the hotel.

Great location downtown. Onsite cafe which is great if you need a quick bite. Had a burger that was ok. Nice lobby bar. There was something sticky all around coffee maker on counter top. Very shabby desk chair with peeling armrest that looked awful and should have been thrown out long ago. Not even garage sale quality.
