Across from the beach. Central to attractions. Lobby staff very friendly and helpful. Budget friendly. Need to install a clothes hanger bar. Toilet seats are uncomfortable. That's it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is basic, but clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also surprisingly quiet. The beach is just across the street. They have coffee available in the lobby in the morning and tea 24 hours, which was a nice amenity.

Room had a very musty smell during the duration of our stay. I tried to crank the AC up while we were out and about to cycle the air a bit more and reduce the moisture in the room but the smell was persistent throughout our stay. Staff and property was good, though you could hear other people when they were outside. For the price it’s a decent place to stay especially with its close proximity to the beach.

I’m not one to typically write reviews, but I feel compelled to after my experience at this hotel. Our room was obviously not cleaned between stays. There was used soap in the shower, every single towel was stained, and the floor left a black residue on the bottom of our feet. We pulled back the sheets of BOTH beds only to find several hairs in them. When we went down to the front desk to ask for a new room, the staff was completely unfazed. We were then given another room, in which one of the three beds also had several hairs in it (3 out of 5 dirty beds). Additionally, the bathroom reeked of dog period. I had the misfortune of having to spend the night here, as every other hotel in the area was fully booked. DO NOT STAY HERE.

All of the staff were incredible, A last minute change of events. I had to show up a day early unexpectedly and they worked with me for adding an extra day and making sure that I didn't have to switch rooms after the first day to stay the 3 days that I have planned originally for a total of 4 days. Very accommodating and providing extra clean towels etc. Fantastic location for all the events that I had planned. I have been coming here for years and I've never been disappointed and will continue coming in the future! The only disappointment was that the ice machine on the first floor wasn't working so I had to go up to the second floor, But still wasn't that inconvenient.
