Hampton Inn St. Augustine Beach

Staff was great! Location just steps from the beach was great. Hotel was clean and room was pretty standard. Breakfast was great! My only complaint is how loud our bathroom door and door to the room was. The bathroom door had a plastic border and when it opened it was really loud. It wakes anyone who is sleeping up. The door to the room was hard to open and consequently very loud as well.

Had a great experience visiting for the weekend get away with my wife. The front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. Cleaning staff were very friendly and polite.

Clean and Juan and Abigail were both excellent at their jobs and my wife and I really enjoyed the stay!! The bed could have been more comfortable.

The staff was very nice and on top of their duties. The location was excellent waking up to a beach view every morning. It was definitely a vacation of memorable memories. I highly recommend and would love to come back. Nothing to complain about the property.

I called the front desk to ask whether complimentary slippers were available. Unfortunately, instead of simply answering my question, the staff member repeatedly made fun of the way I pronounced the word “slippers.” I found this behavior disrespectful and embarrassing, and I believe guests should always be treated with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of their accent. Additionally, I noticed that the shampoo bottle in my room was empty. Thankfully, I always bring my own personal travel toiletries, so I was able to manage without it. I hope management will address these concerns with the staff and ensure that guests are treated respectfully and that basic room amenities are properly checked and replenished.

The property was well maintained, everyone was friendly. Pool and hot tub were clean. Coffee was available around the clock and the breakfast area was kept up.

This property was amazing! The staff was so nice and they even upgraded us to an ocean view room! We will gladly stay here again for future visits!

The break fast was fair The foods didn’t look appetizing.

Everything was good. The staff were very nice and listened to what we asked about. We had a problem with the room's entry door. You had to push your shoulder to the door to get it to open. The bathroom door wouldn't close very well. We told the lady at the desk and it was noted and they were going to get it fixed.
