I liked the customer service, attitude toward the customer, visual aesthetic, and the location and accommodations Lack of microwave in room. Also it would be really beneficial to keep one extra employee on staff in the kitchen during breakfast hours.

The location was great as it was about a 3 minute walk to the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had breakfast one morning and it was good. Lobby, Bar & Restaurant area was lovely. Pool looked very nice, didn't use during our stay The hotel has some major issues with ventilation. The first room we were given smelled horrible, active mold on ceiling, walls and around vents. We immediately requested another room which was granted. The main area also had a very musty smell to it. The room we ended up in needed the HVAC filter changed, but at least this room didn't smell as horrible but still could see mold around air vents. I attached photos of room we ended up in. This hotel stay really left us with an impression that Hilton is dropping the ball on upkeep & health & safety standards. I would not stay at this location again

I love the Coffe machine. Staff are excellent.

We had to ask foe several things from the desk on day 2 that weren't restocked.

Also plan on paying additional for parking on site, and unexpectedly had an additional charge of over $35 for who knows what.

The humidity in the room was so high that the floor and furniture surfaces stayed wet the entire time. At first we thought it was from the house keeping staff wiping down and mopping.

Someone was allowed to charge over $100 worth of Food/Beverage to my room and signed my name without me knowing it. Had I not checked the Receipt upon checkout I would have been on the hook for the charges. Not sure how that can happened but they quickly checked with the Food server and noted it was not me that dined there and they voided the charges.

Did not eat there Shouldn't have to pay to park. Very disappointed

The rooms were pretty much 95% clean. more about needed some updates. Staff was genuinely nice and love the access to the beach with the hotel supplying beach chairs and towels.

BEAUTIFUL hotel with lovely staff. The beach was just a short walk from the building and there’s plenty of restaurants near by. The room was clean, bed was comfy, can’t ask for much more.

You are paying mostly for bells and whistles Low water pressure in shower, ice machine on a different floor. There was no breakfast mentioned only a bar and restaurant. Couldn't see but a small spot of ocean so definitely NoT an ocean view You pay for parking outside your room on the facilities lot!! Crazy. That's like asking someone visiting your home to pay for parking in your drive way. Then they have signs posted on lot saying NoT RESPONSIBLE for vehicles. Still haven't received security deposit back. It was beautiful and friendly staff but we will not stay there again.

Clean and rooms were updated We liked everything

Our bed was so comfortable and the location was great. The shower needed some repair and had some mold in the bathroom and the bathroom was very cramped. Our door to the shower area was not positioned well so we couldn't access the sink etc without it being fully closed.

I love the decor, it was so beautiful. The staff was very kind, lady at desk took pictures for me. I made a mistake and missed my reservation and they honored it and I got to stay in the exact room I wanted. The elevators were really slow and it kind of smelled like dogs in the hallway.

The airconditioner was loud and the humidity was high. The floor next to the airconditioner was damp all the time
