Great breakfast, comfortable beds, great showerhead.

I liked the warm welcome I received from Dan during Check-In! I mentioned it was my birthday and received a free beverage and a bag of chips. I was pleased with my room as well as breakfast with hot and cold options. The hotel was near restaurants and shopping. The event I was attending at Chattahoochee Nature Center was a very short drive away!

Great stop for an overnight stay. Very clean and modern

The carpet was old. So when you walk bare feet they become really dirty. Breakfast buffet had very limited choices.

The front desk clerk, Dan, was unprofessional to say the least. He was obnoxious, mouthy and rude making unnecessary comments about his obvious discontentment for his job. While checking in the guests in front of me he made them feel uncomfortable as evidenced by the look of embarrassment on their faces while he’s talking about them as if they weren’t there. Further evidenced by stating he was bothered when the front desk phone would ring and the noise being “too loud”. He spoke over me while asking him questions about checking in and later on when being handed a sheet when I clearly asked for a blanket stating it was the “same thing”. He failed to answer any of the numerous calls I made from both my cell phone and the hotel room phone to the front desk. Upon walking to the front desk, he was sitting there playing with AI on the computer per his own testimony. The rooms smelled like mildew giving me a headache. When asked to change rooms I was told they were all sold out until I gave notice of my intent to check out early due to the smell. Mysteriously, Dan stated that the house keeper ‘just gave him a key’ to an available room at 8:00pm. We changed rooms only to encounter the same moldy situation. When asked to speak to the manager he told me she was unavailable but that I was welcome to leave her a voicemail to which I did and l still haven't received a call back as of 5 days later. I purposely waited to leave this review hoping to reach a resolution prior to doing so.

Very good

Overall the staff was polite and location was convenient. Saw roaches and gnats in my room when I got up didn't have time to go to different hotel. I was there because I was on call for emergencies at the hospital so leaving wasn't an option that late.

All aspects of the stay were excellent

The location was very convenient When we checked in, we were told that the elevator was broken so we would need to carry our bags up the stairs. No worries, it's easy as on tour room is on the second floor (really???) The next morning, we got in the elevator to go check out and got stuck in the elevator. The emergency button did not work and no one answered the emergency call. Eventually someone thought to manually pry the doors open and we were able to exit the elevator. Back down the stairs with all our luggage we went... We informed the front desk attendant that the elevator was not functioning and that we got stuck in it. He replied that it was working fine earlier (again, really???) It wasn't worth the argument and aggravation so we just checked out

Check-in went OK. Clerk as at the front desk and I was the only customer. Was only there for one night as I had a doctor appointment the next day. Directions on where best parking and entry point were good. Room was clean and comfortable. I asked where the ice machine was and was told the one in our building was broken. Had to go to ground floor and walk through the lobby to other elevator then to 3rd floor on other building for ice. Other than that, all was good. Couldn't find anyone at desk or lobby to check out so just dropped keys on desk and left.
