I reserved this room for my parents and I was worried that all the positive reviews about Juan and London were fake because there were so many. But the first call I had with my dad was telling me about the staff who was so helpful, kind and hilarious.... he specifically named Juan LOL I needed to extend my parents stay and London was so helpful and professional on the phone. Super easy to work with! My parents say the hotel is very clean and well taken care of and the beds were very comfortable. They also say the entire staff was great! I will be traveling back to GA soon for work and plan to stay here!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites to attend a weekend sports camp. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The best part, however, was the friendly staff. We were greeted each time we came and went. Our questions were answered and we were frequently asked if we needed anything. A special shout out to Juan at the front desk. He made sure our family always felt welcomed whether we were going or coming from camp or attending a baseball game. We enjoyed our stay in Alpharetta at the Hampton Inn !

The location is amazing! Near the amphitheater and tons of restaurants. Parking is easy,the staff is super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Immediately hit by the musty smell in the room. Carpet on the floors should be removed. It was overbearing. While the beds are comfortable, there was a hint of musty in the bedding as well.

Rooms are clean I was approached by a homeless person upon packing to leave at my car. I usually have no issues at this location. I will be looking to go elsewhere from now on.
