Comfort Suites Alpharetta/Roswell - Atlanta Area

The hotel location is close to the highway. The conditions of rooms are unacceptable. The first room had dry vomit in the sink and floor was dirty. Took pictures to the lobby and they indicated that that room was not supposed to be available. The second room sofá was damage and room floors dirty. The third room better condition but the carpet was dirty. The worst were the towels, on broken with several holes and other dirty. I check out. Mánager was going to credit with points 3 nights with Choice Points and did not. Money could not be reimbursed because the reservation was done with Expedía (third party) and part of a packege. Also contact Expedia with no success. Be aware and careful. Very upsetting.

I stayed at this location recently and it was horrible. First I was given the wrong room key. The room key I was given had someone in the room already. When I did get a new room assigned to me the bathroom was filthy and had hair in the tub and on the toilet. The shower know kept falling off and the sink. would back up any time I ran the water. I requested to speak to a manager and no one ever got in contact with me. This place is horrible.

Staff was helpful and courteous. .oh the bed was very clean and comfortable, bathroom was very clean and fresh. Maybe they can change the couch in room 402,

Hotel was fairly clean but had a weird smell on the first floor and a barking dog on the 4th floor so we had to move rooms twice. Breakfast and amenities were decent.

Room was well appointed, bed very comfortable, Loved the view, felt like I was in a tree house, very quiet. Breakfast was good, pretty standard. Keys wouldn't open the door & I had to go back down to have them redone. Even then, only one of the key cards worked to unlock the door.

Front desk person was nice. First room was not cleaned. Dog hair was everywhere; on the towels, and sheets. The covers had stains on it as if it wasn’t cleaned. The night stands had crumbs on it and was not wiped off from the previous people. The second room had dead bugs in them. With no toilet tissue. And there was hair in the second room.

Shower and surfaces were not clean. Furniture was worn, lamp shade looked like someone had stomped on it and it was just placed back on table. Curtains were stained. Only placed that looked clean was the bed sheets.

Was left out of the room for 3 hours after we booked. Police had to come and we finally were let in

Overall condition is fine. Good if you need a night's sleep.

the location Everything!!!! the property had roaches, it had black mold on the walls and in the showers. they had leaks everywhere the whole place just needs remodeling and it smells like mildew in the rooms

The staff were extremely nice. My room didn't come with any towels or linen for the sofa bed, but it was quickly resolved with a call.

The main reason I always pick this hotel is that the beds are very comfy. You can tell the shower hasn't been cleaned because there was a lot of hair in it, and the amenities weren't stocked because there wasn't any soap so that I could wash my hands.
