I’ve been staying here for three weeks and it’s been my home. The staff is really the magic here. Very kind interesting people.

It’s a wonderful quiet place to stay close to the Roswell area. It’s really the staff that makes it magical and it’s relatively quiet and very convenient. It’s my go to stay when I’m in town.

This property is TERRIBLE. They say they're a part of choice group, but refuse to honor any of the perks for platinum/diamond members. The grounds are unkempt and a safety hazard. The breakfast was spoiled and I literally watched a roach crawl across the waffle maker in the morning. They are incredibly disrespectful to women and I felt very unsafe at night. A male staff member attempted to "check" my room for extra guests without knocking, he just used his master key to enter my room late at night, thank God I had the door double latched. They have exposed wiring that's a safety hazards. I reported them to the health department. Please save your money and peace of mind. Do not come here. Everything was awful.

The rooms are pretty dated and smelled of mildew. The amenities were no existent. Overgrown weeds and grass everywhere and the pool was closed and disgusting as well. The staff was nice and never plan on going to another Comfort Inn again.

The beds are comfy, the front desk staff are very helpful, breakfast was minimal but the waffles were good. The cereal was stale. The A/C in the room was great aside from it shutting off constantly. I had to use my portable fan. The pool is already closed for the season even though it’s still like 95 degrees out so that wasn’t useful. Would stay again as it’s convenient and not overly priced.

The staff was very nice. Close to our event Really needs to be updated. Wood around frame in our bathroom is rotting and it had a shotty fix up job done on it. Our air conditioner worked but didn’t cool our room like I wanted it too!

Extremely clean rooms, very comfortable!

Convenient to family we were visiting. We stayed for 3 days in July and the pool was “out of order”. Nothing was said prior to or during the booking. This was something that we planned to do with our granddaughter. While sitting in the breakfast area at 7 in the morning 2 guests checked in, then returned within 5 minutes because someone was in their room. 10 minutes later the man in the room came out asking why someone had access to his room with his wife and daughter inside. This made me very uncomfortable and concerned for how the employees handle check in and out.

The motel is a little dated but and the hallways were a little dirty but the room, lobby and area for breakfast were kept clean. The breakfast that was included was basic but good. Coffee was great and the attendant who saw to the area was attentive and always making sure it was clean and stocked. The room was quiet and with no outside noise.

The location is great and feels safe. The staff is very pleasant and responsive to requests. The facilities are very clean and the beds are very comfortable, because of this, I've decided to extend my stay.
