The cocktail reception was disappointing. The vegetable snacks were dried out and old. Not edible. Drink service was slow. Breakfast and breakfast service were fine. Front desk also fine.

We stay here every time and are always well cared for. We always feel safe, accommodated and the staff is always available. Location is perfect.

Room was clean, spacious & comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Parking is very convenient.

Location stayed there because right next to the amp Only thing and it is picky is the repair jobs were a little bit lacking on blending in, in the rooms

Great location & good breakfast The room was very cold and the thermostat would stay at 67 degrees. When I’d turn it up it would go back to 67. We called the front desk and they said they’d bring a heater and never did.

From the beginning there were issues. They had one person checking in for this huge fully booked property. When we get to our room the air unit was clanking extremely loud. Front desk would not answer so I could ask for maintenance so I went down in person. Front desk lady cut me off and said she was trying to log onto the computer. I went back to my room and let the phone ring until they answered. Maintenance came and was not able to fix our air unit and the hotel was booked…entire town was booked due to concert and football game. Mini fridge was leaking water. Shower curtain didn’t even reach to the tub. Positives were decent breakfast and close to the AMP. Will avoid this place at all costs in the future.

I arrived early and they were very accommodating. They got me into a room quickly and everything was clean and cozy.

Very nice hotel. Within 5 minutes of Amphitheater.

We had a wonderful stay at Embassy Suites Rogers. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the complimentary drinks in the evening and the breakfast in the morning. Both were a great added touch and made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and overall, we had a very pleasant experience. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional
-
The room was in desperate need of upgrades. Our lamp shades all had visible water damage. The bathtub ran constantly no matter how you turned the knob. The knob itself was upside down and it was difficult to know where the hot and cold was. If I got the water hot enough, the water pressure wasn’t good. We have stayed at other Embassys and this has been our least favorite. Even the breakfast was not as good as the other ones we have stayed at.

Upon check in the staff says that they didn’t have the room I rented on hotels.com. They were able to put us in a room that was bigger and better. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

Very good
-
Rooms are very spacious. Amenities are perfect. Didn’t use the pool or workout room, not enough time. Managers reception cocktails were fun. Breakfast buffet was sufficient, though the heated food bar items were generally less than warm. The omelet station was perfect.

We love staying at Embassy! The location of right next door to the Amp was so convenient! The elevators were very slow and one was broken down. Making the wait time very long!

Friendly staff and great breakfast!
