Hotel was very nice. Windows in the room faced south and made the room warm. Room also had a stall smell.

The hotel was fine, but I think I had higher expectations for an Aloft property. The property felt a bit tired and could use some TLC. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were a good size and clean. Unfortunately, the TV wasn’t working properly, and the property’s location felt somewhat remote. Overall, it was an adequate stay, but not quite what I’ve come to expect from Aloft.

The hotel essentially was, “cute” but everything about it was a train wreck from the moment we walked into the lobby. It was HOT, the line to check in was wrapping around the crowded lobby approximately 8 people deep. There was only once employee checking people in. She was running to get key cards because apparently they were out People were having to wait 30 minutes or on rooms to be cleaned and we didn’t even arrive until after 5:30pm. We had plans to be at an event by 6:15. We had to get ready in front of complete strangers, curling our hair in the lobby restroom and dressing in the lobby restroom. No complimentary drink was offered, no complimentary late check out and certainly nothing was offered to discount our room The restroom had no toilet paper Once we got to our room, it hadn’t been properly cleaned or restocked. It lacked an entire sense of cleanliness throughout the entire property The barmaid was kind but moved at a snails pace however efficient I’ve traveled a lot and they was hangs down the most horrible hotel experience of my entire life I won’t ever book with you again and I’ll be sure to tell others to pass as well

The property was clean and location great for our trip. Went to the NWA Walmart LPGA event. They seemed a bit understaffed during busy checkin time and morning breakfast time. We would stay here again. They didn’t have the SEC network available on TV. I’d say this is a must in Razorback country. Not everyone was there staying to go to the game.

Great place to stay! Were also able to accommodate a change in my travel plans with ease. Thanks to Joseline at the Front Desk for being so wonderful to work with!

Exceptional

They assigned me a room that was occupied. Put me in another room and deactivated the key the next day. Couldn’t easily get it fixed as they still had me in the room that was occupied. Tried to speak to the manager but he was mia my entire stay.

A little beat up but still nice.

all in all, the room / stay was fine. bed was comfortable, room was quiet. The folks at the front desk were awesome. Very kind and informative. No trash bags in the waste cans for some reason. TV remote was worn out and some buttons didn't funtion making TV watching a challenge. Shower was a little mildewy and didn't feel the most clean, but worked great.

Great experience from the time we walked in the door until we left the property.

The hotel was clean & the front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. The hotel lobby & hallways were very warm. The room air conditioner worked great. The hotel does not offer amenities such as breakfast and no ice machines. They do offer small bags of ice.

I felt for what I paid this hotel is definitely not worth it

They didn't honor the breakfasts I paid for. Had ants in the room. The bar was closed. They didnt have a cook on staff.
