Nice stay!

Rooms were clean, but had an little bit if a smell, room 430 air conditioner was making washer noise all night. The garbage around and in the hotel was full but no one cleaned it up for over 24 hours.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and parking is easy. The location is also convenient to many stores and restaurants. We had to switch rooms because our first room had no air conditioning. The new room had a faulty toilet! There were sugar ants in the room and restroom, but they weren't overwhelming. We could tell they have been trying to update the hotel, but the updates are not so great. Breakfast consists of very limited options, so we ate outside at restaurants instead.

Friendly at front desk. Only one washing machine and dryer was out of order.

Location is perfect . The rooms are clean too but trash outside the buildings very well obvious to the eyes. They claimed to have breakfast but there’s barely anything there compared to other hotels I’ve visited in similar priced range and locations . Hilton can do better

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was right off the interstate and close to great restaurants and entertainment. Will stay there again.

Clean room and well maintained property

I would have liked to give a good review and I usually don’t do these but this has to be said. The room atmosphere was atrocious. The room was moist from who knows what. I left my clothes out and when I came back to the room my clothes were damp? Didn’t know what could cause it ,but no matter where I put them they were damp. Secondly, there is mold in the bathroom on the ceiling of the shower. The curtains had black hair dye stains on them and the lotion bottle holder was leaning on the wall. You can see they don’t clean because the borders were even dirty. The extra safety lock for the room was also coming off the wall. Hotel does not represent what shows in pictures online. Will not be booking ever again.

They had bugs, the air conditioner didn’t work well, there was hair everywhere in the room, refused a refund

The room was perfect clean, no pests, parking was not a problem at all, breakfast was ok it’s free but they don’t have any eggs or meat, but I would most definitely stay again

This hotel is best at everything. Was there for a night and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms are cleans and a good variety of breakfast too.

Water in shower never got really hot ! TV in room had no volume and could not hear it turned all the way up ! Hallways needed to be vacuumed the whole time of my stay ! Breakfast was certainly no reason to pick this hotel! The quality of this hotel does not warrant the price per night !

Exceptional

The main concern was that I noticed two bedbugs on the corner of the headboard. After seeing the two, I waited and kept an eye out, but I didn’t see any more during the rest of my stay. I decided not to complain or request a room change because I didn’t want the hassle of moving all my belongings, but I do think the hotel should check the room and address the issue. The room phone also wasn’t working. It wasn’t a big issue for me since I didn’t really need it, except when I wanted to contact housekeeping. I could always walk down to reception, so it was manageable. The breakfast could also be better. Overall, the stay was fine, but the bedbugs, even though I only saw two, are something the hotel should take seriously.

My stay here was okay! The air conditioner wasn’t cooling the room off at all! The breakfast was horrible, not a good choice of food at all! My pillow has lipstick stain on it and it wasn’t mines!! Overall stay was just ok!

The room was clean but the bathroom door would not close all the way and the toilet seat was loose. The towels were small and cheap not fuffy.
