Had a clean room, nice view, and comfortable bed. Perfect stay for a midweek trip for my wife and I. Great price too!

The hotel staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and the location was perfect. It's surrounded by plenty of places to eat. Although the room was clean, the bed was HARD, might as well been sleeping on the floor how hard the mattress was. At 6 a.m. a guest waiting for the elevator decided to have a full fledge conversation on her cell phone on speaker at PEAK VOLUME.

The room was decent. Seems as if the circulation of air flow in the room could be improved. The room itself was decent. The curtains were ripped and/or broken but still functioned in a way. The room had an odd smell and a few stains on the floor and ceiling along with the previous guests leftovers in the fridge. All in all a 5.5/10

Avoid this place. Outdated dump with rude staff.

Hair conditioner was empty on arrival. Plumbing issues in room.

It was not as advertised the rooms are terrible and something needs to get done!

Older hotel needs upgrades The rooms are very dark not a lot of light to my liking but on the high floors it’s better.

I had the best experience ever here....the Hotel is beautiful, clean, smells nice....the staff was very attentive and helpful.... I'll definitely be coming back

My only complaint was an employee named Rachel. She is extremely rude and has no matters to any of the customers. She was NOT helpful and talked down to us. Fitz made up for her with his exceptional customer service…He made this day perfect for us..

Front desk had great customer service but bathroom shower had hair everywhere and towels were dirty with yellow stains.

Air was terrible turned down all the way , still hot. Waited forever at front desk to check in, she was on the phone.

Our room had no hot water in the shower. Called twice, eventually had to change rooms mid stay. Neighbors beside us partying until 5:30 am, had to call desk to get them to stop. Hallway smelled like marijuana to whole time. TV would not work, had to call. I guess the parking was ok.
