We could not have asked for a better hotel for our stay. The location was perfect. We were in walking distance to Chase Field. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff was EXCELLENT . I would stay there every time .

Location and valet Nothing especially stood out about this property. While there is a pool, it is not conducive to much swimming.

No room service, no spa, staff were not very friendly.

Hotel Check in staff was great, helpful and quick. Hotel had some wear on it, but the price for the stay offset the small blemishes. Only issues was restaurant on premises, staff was rude and not helpful. Seat yourself set up was chaotic. Luckily hotel is located near several nice restaurants. Would repeat stay.

Very nice and clean rooms. Great location close to fun restaurants and Chase Field! We walked to the game and it was very easy. Would stay here again!

There was nothing to dislike about my stay at the Hyatt Regency hotel next to Mortgage Matchup Center. It was clean, efficient, friendly staff and comfortable.
