location was fantastic, the room was very big the bathroom was missing one of the sheer curtains, so I had to use the blackout curtain. there was gum (or something like it) stuck to the ceiling above the bed. the small makeup mirror was broken. I was double charged for the stay, once by booking and once by the property.

The property is very nice, however services are awful! We had ordered room service and the food came in a paper bag, plastic containers with plastic utensils. The food was cold. We were not offered anything aside from a quick “sorry”. Big confusion regarding breakfast. While we paid extra, the hotel informed us that breakfast was not included. When insisting on verification, we wre told with a lame excuse that they were able to see that the breakfast was included. Really?!? After a ten minute conversation?!? This is how Bonvoi members are treated?!? And we were not asking for a freebie, the breakfast was paid for in advance as part of our reservation. Shame on you Westin!

I really enjoyed staying here the room was clean and the staff was friendly.

This hotel was so great and the staff was amazing! We stayed for a concert and brought our dog and staff was so accommodating and delivered treats and a bed to our room. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed.

Too many extra fees. $30 "urban" fee, $36 parking fee, charge for hotel wifi, charge for access to their special club for breakfast. It just wasn't worth it.

The lovely lady who was checking me in noticed that I had two dogs and upgraded us. We were driving cross country and just exhausted from the less-than-ideal spots on the way. I always try and book Westin when it’s in the city I am staying in due to their great mattress quality, but definitely I will be making it my only go to. Property was well maintained and clean. I have zero complaints!

One of the most pleasant stays I’ve experienced with my family. The rooms were big, all hotel staff I interacted with had great vibes, the breakfast was great. Very close to the Chase Field. We Uber’d to the stadium and walked back (didn’t take more than 15 minutes and we had two kids).
