Hotel walking distance to arena… across the street. Convenient to many restaurants. Staff went extremely beyond any request or need. Loved our stay!

Great central location and nice rooftop pool area. Would definitely stay here again.
-
I liked the central location just the parking is expensive and also the carpet on the lobby was dirty and stained! In general all was great except for parking fee and the dirty carpet does not give a good impression

Everybody was nice. Perfect stay for going to a diamondbacks game or suns. Pool service was slow but probably understaffed.
-
The location and hotel were absolutely perfect! My son and I went to The Yankee game at Chase Field and a concert at The Financial Theater and we were able to walk to both in 5 minutes. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back! The

Very nice, modern hotel, in downtown Phoenix. Close to restaurants and the stadium. Fun free cocktail hour. The inky thing that left to be desired was that I requested a shower cap and a coffee maker (amenities they list as available upon request) and kept reminding them via text and never got it. Otherwise, very nice.

The scam the door attendant pulled on us , cost us an extra $ 50.00 for a ride

We were VERY disappointed with our stay here. If you're looking for a view, good luck as this place puts something on the outside of the glass and you really can't see out! Crazy. The bathrooms are HORRIBLE. The lighting is a terrible. The shower has one small piece of glass so water gets EVERYWHERE which can be a bad slip hazard and there's only 1 sink. The fridge was warm. The safe is so high up that you can't use it unless your over 6 feet tall. The pool is a joke and don't try to eat at the Eden restaurant when it's hot or ever warm out. No fan's, no misters. I'm not sure why they even have it opened when it's hot out. And then they charge all kinds of fees like a "Guest Amenity Fee" of $35.00 per night PLUS tax. There is ZERO chance we would stay here again. 2 nights .. almost $1,000. One night was $350 and one night was $280 ... not sure why and then ALLLLL the fees. Crazy!

Be very careful if you are parking a car there. We just stayed and valeted our vehicle. We were there less then 24 hours and when my car was delivered back to me it was beyond filthy. It looked like they drove it into a bush full of leaves and sap and then threw coffee on the hood of the car. It was beyond ridiculous! All they did was comp the parking yet now I’m stuck with a car detailing fee to get what appears to be some sort of sap of the entire hood of my, over $100k, vehicle.
