Loved everything about this place.

enjoyed our time, and the view from our balcony over the lake was spectacular. Would book again!

The amenities on site are overpriced and the food is not good. No breakfast is served. We went to Drafts Sport Bar for dinner one night and spent over $100 including tip for 2 people. The prices on the menu didn’t match the prices on our receipt. $24 for two ice cream sundaes at Sweet Dreamery. I would highly recommend going somewhere off the hotel for food. CJ’s pizza was ok and not terribly overpriced. Sid’s Bistro says they serve Starbucks but it’s not the full Starbuck’s drink or food menu. The ”resort” is huge so be prepared to do a lot of walking or find one of their shuttles. The gazebo was super cool but it was locked so we couldn’t go in one night. We contacted them but no one ever came to unlock it for us.

My registration was fast, room was spacious, clean and bed was very comfy. I will be coming back soon to this resort. Pools and hot tub jacuzzi were very nice. Shuttle access made getting around resort easy. Staff were friendly and quite helpful.

Loved the property, a bit pushy on selling the timeshare and if they offer vouchers or a card take the card hidden fees and limits on the vouchers. Besides that the property is amazing!

One of the highest recommended places for everyone but especially for families. Safe place, quiet and very clean

Screened in balcony; great air conditioning; large room and bathroom; equipped with cutlery and bakeware; gorgeous grounds; lovely views and scenery; grounds very well managed; lots to see on resort grounds; Bartender at Tiki Bar at the water park was so kind and awesome (I forget his name, possibly Jeremy?) Stuck outside gates for over 30 minutes on the highway on last night; ants/spiders/roaches live in room on 5th floor; jacuzzi tub not functioning - also had dead roaches come from non-working jets; toilet immediately backed up on first flush, continued to clog and eventually overflow; plunger was entirely too stiff and hard to use

Mi primera impresion al momento del check in fue pesima, habia una fila que duro casi una hora, a las 9 pm, con dos niños cansados luego de venir de un parque de Disney, ni agua de atencion, nada, la fila avanzaba extremadamente lenta, es inviable no tener una opcion de check in online que haga esto mucho mas fluido, no puedo ocurrir, una hora de fila. al momento del mismo, un fee imprevisto de 30 y algo de dolares, que en la pagina de expidia donde realice la reserva no figuraba de manera clara. arranque peor no podia ser, pero ahi los chicos del check in empatizaron y supieron mejorar la experiencia con atenciones. la habitacion era super grande, camas comodas, alquilamos una villa, muy equipada, vista al lago, la verdad que pudimos descansar. utilizamos las bicicletas y tambien el parque de agua, que si bien no es muy grande, para pasar medio dia da muy bien, pudimos hacer un late check out lo cual fue super util para luego comer algo y ya irnos al hotel de universal.

I did not have a positive experience at this hotel. Staff bamboozle you in to timeshare meetings and give you the run around. I would never return to this hotel! Don't waste your money. They charge you for extras that should regularly be free.
