Rosen Plaza on International Drive

everything went well. the AC wasn't working in room so had to call them to fix. they were pretty quick, so that was nice. everything was great.

When I brought this inconvenience to the attention of the front desk, I was simply told that the issue was due to the ongoing renovations. No assistance or further resolution was offered.

Newly refurbished, good location, good pool area. Extortionate parking fees, would only allow a 1 hour late checkout. Our flight was not until 8.30 pm. They did not even have a courtesy shower to freshen up. Rooms not fully cleaned ( bins not emptied) Lights not working over shower.

Clean, spacious, convenient That the only way to enter was past large groups of people.

The hotel staff was friendly and you can tell they are well trained in hospitality. The rooms looked like they had recently been redone with two queen beds and newly remodeled bathrooms. All of the Rosen Hotels are a good choice, but the Rosen Plaza was perfect for a weekend getaway.

That hotel it was very clean and it smell good the room it was clean and nice the pool it was beautiful real nice the people with the front desk didn't give me no problem I did all my stuff real quickly with no problem yes I will recommend this property to another people I went with my granddaughter and my wife and everything it was good excellent

We are staying for a conference but we came early for some time at Disney and Universal. They were so accommodating to let us stay in the same room for two separate reservations. The rooms were always so clean and everyone was so nice!

The newly renovated rooms are nice.

I love this resort. We always get a great experience when we go. We’ve been staying at this resort for 4 years now

Beautiful and clean room. Beds were very comfy and everything was spotless. Nice stay.

Unfortunately, what was supposed to be a special romantic birthday weekend turned into a horrible and stressful experience. During our four day stay from September 10 through September 13, we had to switch rooms four different times. We went from dealing with possible power outages, to extremely loud renovation work early in the morning, to another room where the AC did not work at all. The room became extremely hot and uncomfortable, and after three different technicians came to look at it, the issue still was not resolved. We were basically forced out of the room because it was too hot to comfortably stay in it, so we did not even get the chance to enjoy the room we paid for. We eventually had to move again in the middle of the night, leaving some of our belongings behind while trying to relocate. Constantly packing, moving, and dealing with one issue after another completely took away from the birthday experience we had planned. It was extremely disappointing.
